Photographic event in China held by the local government of Guangxi Province of China / Congrès organisé par le gouvernement de la province du Guangxi en Chine.

For implementing the strategy of rural vitalization, broadcasting the culture of Western Guangxi Province of China, the opening ceremony of the 3rd World Chinese photography Competition and Permanent Camp in Lengai village was jointly hosted by the Institute of Innovation and Development of Guangxi University and International Union of Photographers(IUP). Early september, the celebration was held in a great way in Nanning & Chongzuo, Guangxi Province. International photographic organizations, photographers and shutterbugs from oversea were invited to attend.

Pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie de revitalisation rurale et diffuser la culture de la province chinoise du Guangxi occidental, la cérémonie d’ouverture du 3e concours photo international a été organisée conjointement par l’Institut de l’innovation et du développement de l’Université du Guangxi et l’Union Internationale des Photographes (IUP). Début septembre, la célébration s’est déroulée dans une ambiance formidable à Nanning & Chongzuo, province du Guangxi.
